I was thinking the same - they were told there was a promising drug for heme malignancies named imetelstat and they assumed for MM - now the Geron job posting for sales reps says for heme malignancies and not just MDS and MF - i think we can expect imetelstat will be used for PV ET MDS and a good ch...

I would expect him to be part of the ADCOM - he was disappointed imetelstat was not approved in 2023

maybe it was extended to keep it out of he ADCOM discussion - the impress patients are near life's end and they dont want to complicate their approval for MDS

I think as time goes on raising the hemoglobin 1.5 g with command and not changing how the patient feels will have people reassessing. I think people are going to start to want to modify the disease and they’re going to want to feel better also.
