Re: No press release yet
look at the time line for the July 1 press release - june 18th EMA commission met and June 25th they recommended OD - Geron did not release this until July 1 are they waiting for an official certified letter before they publicly disclose? This seems like something you would want a premarket press re...

Re: Geron's universe continues to expand:
blood supply is to a historic low in many areas - would be a good time to approve this - we should be hearing about Orphan drug status in Europe soon

MDS approval for HM oral agent
interesting - this is what BP alluded to where the FDA took into account the present pandemic in granting the approval to help those patients avoid the hospital and decrease their covid risk - HMA's are not approved in Europe one thing we have not mentioned besides the limited blood supply is possib...

Re: Request for Imetelchat Board thoughts
Lekola - to fully understand why Europe is so interesting you had to be around to live thru August/Sept 2018 - imetelstat was doing well with Janssen - they would have their updates and imetelstat was listed as one of their blockbuster drugs for MF in their presentations (the last one being in late ...

Re: EU orphan status
-they get European approval and AML is back on the table and a partnership worth a premium will be had - or course a realistic buyout becomes possible also - someone buying Geron out would rather do it before they lock in a European partner to make the deal cleaner is it being unrealistic? I always ...

Re: EU orphan status
https://www.ema.europa.eu/en/human-regulatory/overview/orphan-designation-overview talks about conditional approval and compassionate use - if you remember in August of 2018 Janssen placed imetelstat on their compassionate use list and pulled it off when it was noticed - claimed it was a mistake - c...

Re: EU orphan status
this has the potential to lead to conditional approval - this is what Janssen was likely expecting and why they advertised for pricing managers in Europe for imetelstat for AML and MDS

i would of liked to hear the presenters remarks at ASH - the KOL will be interesting on the 17th - I do not think we will be waiting until 2024 for approval

Re: By 2:30 AM Eastern time June 12th
somehow someone took my last post as uneducated bashing - nobody would of sold 50 percent of the company at 1.30 a share if there was a near term price stimulating event - it is common sense - there is no crime in saying that very likely they had partnership options that were not better than dilutin...

Re: By 2:30 AM Eastern time June 12th
there is no buyout coming - there is no partner coming - nobody would sell all of those shares if they thought their price was going up in the near future - they are proceeding as if they are doing this alone and there are no price stimulating events on the near horizon

Re: Additional thoughts
i think we will be approved and it won't be 4-5 years like someone on YMB posted - my concern with the MF phase 2 was always the number of people who stopped because they weren't getting the spleen response - did this taint the study to much to consider AA? - also the Italian study released right be...

Re: Additional thoughts
the team is built for approval and they have the cash for approval - i do not seeing them interested in selling until a drug is approved - a partnership is another story Very interesting thing pointed out on Seekingalpha by Gerononeshotongoal - one of the investment Groups that bought just under 10 ...

Re: Thoughts on this interesting take from YMB:
if there is a partner it would make sense for them to buy the shares and become 1/3 owner of Geron in addition to having the rights outside the US - a good deal for them - if you look at the volume since last friday it has been close to 50 million - when our normal is 1.6 mill a day - something is g...

Re: YMB Censorship and GERON’s ex-US partner? - Pt 2
This is from Eisai website - looks like they look to partner with other companies - the last sentence really fits Geron ]From the start, Eisai pioneered "strategic copromotions," or product-focused collaborations without the restrictions of formal joint ventures. Our strategic alliances for Aricept®...
